What if you had two mirrors that fit into one case that you could carry with one hand? This is the challenge accomplished by the Twin makeup mirror.
Identical to the central panel of the Triptych, the Twin’s mirrors are each fixed on a stand, giving it stability. For storage, the two panels fit together with clasps to create a case that’s easily transportable thanks to its handle.
It comes with the same controller as our triptych mirror, allowing for precise adjustment of light intensity and colour temperature.
The stands have been designed to be fully collapsible so they fit into the carrying case. Thanks to the efficiency of this packaging, you save space and weight during transport.
Nestor’s first outings were on sets for fiction projects and we developed the Triptych model which offers great working convenience thanks to its generous dimensions. Despite its (well-known!) qualities, it wasn’t suitable for all uses. For example, period pieces or fashion shows might require a more compact model. Then the idea came to us, to make a “single” mirror… But instead of enclosing it within a transport case, we positioned a second mirror opposite the first! This is how the Twin was born: two panels that fit together to create an easily transportable case. 2 mirrors in 1, that’s maximum space saved during transport, and less cases to store during shooting or performances! Its fold-up stand ensures stability and mobility, the mirror can be easily moved about thanks to its handle. It takes up less space on your work surface and allows you to set up numerous stations twice as fast. Of course, the Twin has all the advantages that have made Nestor mirrors so successful.
